The nice sunny balcony was a bonus. The entire experience was great. Location met what we needed. The area contains some restaurants like Cafe Del Mar within 5 minutes' walk;))

Here we stayed so close to some popular places such as Wrightsville Sup. Perfect for city break. Blocks from the beach.
